Puss in Boots Hero Review:

An interest special skill, first of it’s kind which triggers your friendly summoners to summon minions. (Does it trigger the Druid’s talents?)

In essence, Puss in Boots heals for 30% and 10-30% for your summoner heroes + regenerates 548 HP over 4 turns, with an attack buff.

Puss in Boots can be pretty awesome if you already have heroes that have minions, otherwise, it can be pretty dismal.. Without the other summoner effects, Puss in Boots is pretty much the same as a Boldtusk, of which I would prefer Boldtusk because he can take more hits (after talents).

This makes Puss in Boots a decent healer, which really shines when you have other heroes that have minions.

Puss in Boots overall is a pretty specialized hero, and you should only consider ascending Puss in Boots if you have other summoner heroes.

Puss in Boots in Offense

Assuming you have “summoner” heroes, Puss in Boots is really quite good on the offense, allowing you to heal for quite a substantial amount, and take out your enemies at a faster rate.

But otherwise, a Boldtusk on offense is better.

Puss in Boots in Defense

Similarly, Puss in boots needs summoner allies to really shine, and with these summoner allies Puss in Boots can really be overwhelming at the tank position.

Puss in Boots against Titans

Puss in Boots is so-so. Against (Nature) titans, your team composition will typically include Santa / Wilbur / Gormek + G. Falcon + Wu Kong / Ranvir / Tarlak. And most of these guys don’t have minions.

So you will prefer Boldtusk against Titans because of a higher attack buff. (48% instead of 30%) and more consistent heal
